Gateway Church’s insurance company doesn’t want to defend Cindy Clemishire’s defamation lawsuit


Church Mutual Insurance Company, America’s leading insurer of religious organizations, has asked a Texas court to issue a declaratory judgement that they have no duty  to defend or indemnify Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas, founder, Robert Morris, and its independent elders against a million-dollar defamation lawsuit filed by child-sex abuse survivor Cindy Clemishire.
