A mother whose 16-year-old son died by suicide following severe cyberbullying joined anti-sexual exploitation advocates and bipartisan lawmakers in demanding the reform of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which they say Big Tech uses as a loophole to avoid accountability for distributing offensive or explicit content.
