Ex- Shades Mountain pastor created hostile work environment, leaders say
Less than two years after he was named the new senior pastor of Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, Pastor George Wright was working through leadership issues that some church staff say created a hostile work environment and a raft of resignations, until he resigned earlier this month.
