Trans parent, partner charged with kidnapping boy after fears they flew to Cuba for sex-change surgery
A trans-identified male and his partner are facing federal kidnapping charges after they allegedly took a 10-year-old boy in a shared custody arrangement to Cuba for a so-called “gender reassignment surgery” without the consent of the child’s mother.
